To support its growth, our Petfood & Petcare Market Unit is looking for a Global operational Marketing Manager H/F
Reporting to the Global Marketing department of the Market Unit, you work in close collaboration with our Global Marketing Manager Petfood on the Veterinary HPM dog and cat food brand currently marketed in more than 40 countries.
You participate in the implementation of the marketing strategy and contribute to the development of the brand at a global level.
Your main missions :
You contribute to the preparation, creation and implementation of 360° campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our brand and our products to subsidiary teams, veterinarians and owners of different markets
You work in collaboration with agencies to develop B2B and B2C communication packs, online and offline, Trade Marketing and merchandising
You contribute to the preparation of internal and external events (veterinary conferences, subsidiary workshops, working groups)
You lead daily interactions with the marketers of the different subsidiaries
You actively contribute to the preparation of the various presentations and events linked to the range

You will analyze the commercial and financial performance of our products in different countries, as well as market and category analysis.
Profile :
Bilingual, fluent in writing and excellent oral skills
Good mastery of performance analysis and financial analysis tools
Excellent mastery of office pack
Adaptable and excellent communication skills
Internationally oriented, open to others
Frequent international travel (1 to 2/month) required
Marketing background, business school diploma/Master of Marketing
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the premium pet food (specialized supermarkets), animal health or human health worlds
Good knowledge of the European pet food markets or vet channel is a plus
Familiar with the different online and offline communication media and omni-channel strategies
